1. Access to data and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal data. Each time you visit a website, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) and the request is documented.

This access data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the site and improving our services. In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our services, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

Hosting services by an external provider

As part of the processing on our behalf, the website host Odoo SA provides this service. More information can be found at https://www.odoo.com/privacy.

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order or when you contact us (for example, via a contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because we need this data to process the contract or to handle your inquiry, and you cannot submit the order or contact request without it. You can see which data is collected in the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1, sub b of the GDPR for contract processing and handling your requests. If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1, sub a of the GDPR by deciding to open a customer account, we will use your data for the purpose of opening a customer account. After the complete fulfillment of the contract or the deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the retention periods according to tax and commercial law have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further use the data, which is legally permitted and of which we inform you in this statement. Deleting your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the contact option described below or through a function provided in the customer account for this purpose.

Depending on which payment service provider you choose during the ordering process, we will pass the payment data collected for this purpose to the financial institution responsible for the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers that we have tasked with the payment or to the chosen payment service. In some cases, the chosen payment service providers also collect this data themselves, to the extent that you create an account with them. In that case, you must register with the payment service provider using your access data during the ordering process. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.

After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use further data, which is legally permitted and of which we inform you in this statement.

4.2 Advertising by email without newsletter registration and your right to object

If we receive your email address in connection with the sale of a product or service and you have not objected to this, we reserve the right to regularly send you email offers for similar products to those you have already purchased from our range, based on Article 7, Section 3 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG). This is to protect our legitimate interests in addressing our customers in a promotional manner, which weighs more heavily in the context of a balancing of interests.

You can object to this use of your email address at any time by sending a message to the contact described below or via a link provided in the promotional email, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.
